Handling slides in glass frames
Simple, plastic snappable frames
That`s why we never scan a slide with its glassy frame.
Taking the slides out of the frame, then putting it back takes away time from the actual digitizing, the scanning and the post-work - this is the reason we decided to price the take out-put back part, it is 24-24 HUF. Our goal is not to earn a lot of money from this price, but to motivate you bringing us frameless slides to shorten our transfer time.
Our favourite is the complete frame made of glassy, glued around the edges. We have to crop it with a knife to reach the film!
How can I save money with this knowledge?
It is really simple: You have to take the frames apart at home and you can put the films in envelopes. You can name them, so the digital folders will have the same name. If you can do this and you bring the pictures in envelopes, this is how the folder structure will look on the DVD:
|
Slide -negative roll and other transparent film scanning- The films will be cleaned; - Rotated, cropped images with restored colors; - With a short retouch for clearing scratches; - Copied to uniquely named folders; - Above 100 pictures the DVD burning is included in price.
